The Wall Street Journal recently did a very interesting story on Driving Under the Influence (DUI). The article touched on such issues as how factors like fatigue, stress, illness and depression can magnify the effects of alcohol. It also discussed how and why alcohol can effect men and women differently and have an impact on their blood-alcohol concentration (BAC). The article should be of interest to any DUI attorney as well as anyone interested in the myriad ways alcohol affects individuals.
